Trade-in Process

The Game Capital will take your trade and put it in a safe place for at least three days. We will then process your trade-in. Depending on the size of the trade, The Game Capital could take up to a week or more to process your trade-in. Once done, we will contact you via phone to let you know that your store credit/cash is ready to be picked up. We will hold your trade-in for 10 days after the date of phone contact.

TRADE-IN FORFEITURE

After 10 days from the date of contact, if the trade-in is not picked up, your items are forfeited to The Game Capital and you will not be reimbursed. (Special agreements can be made if necessary.) This is to prevent items from being left in our limited space for long periods of time.

TRADE-IN VALUES

Please read our trade-in examples, as once we process your trade-in and offer you store credit/cash, it is final. If you are not comfortable with these values, please do not submit your trade-in. We value trading cards based on the lowest listing on TCGplayer.com, and give you about 50% of that value in store credit. We value Funko Pops based on the lowest listing on Amazon.com, and give you 40% of that value in store credit. If you would like cash, we give 70% of the store credit offer in cash.
